How I Can Support You
Life can bring seasons of change, challenge and uncertainty. At Clearwater Pathways, I offer thoughtful, person-centred counselling in Perth and online across Australia, supporting individuals through grief, anxiety, stress and life transitions.
Clearwater Pathways is a welcoming and inclusive space, grounded in respect, cultural sensitivity and care. People of all backgrounds, identities, cultures, genders, sexualities, beliefs and life experiences are welcomed, and your individual story is honoured as an important part of who you are.
Together, we create space to understand what you’re experiencing and gently work toward greater clarity, steadiness and self-trust.
The following areas reflect some of the areas I work alongside individuals to navigate.
Grief Counselling
The loss of someone can feel profound and life-altering. It can shift the ground beneath you and touch every part of daily life.
Grief can also arise through other forms of loss — the loss of a relationship, a part of yourself, a direction, a belief, or a future that no longer feels possible. It can be the ache of what was hoped for, or the disorientation that follows unexpected change.
There is no single way to grieve. No correct pace. No right expression. It may not move in predictable stages or along a steady path. It can feel different from one moment to the next — sometimes close to the surface, sometimes quieter, yet still present.
Here, your experience is given room — supporting gentle healing, integration, and a way of carrying what has been lived with greater steadiness.

Counselling for Anxiety
Anxiety can feel persistent and quietly consuming, or sharp and difficult to ignore. It can shape thoughts, sleep, concentration, relationships, and the way you move through daily life. At times, it can feel like being constantly on alert. At other times, it can feel more subtle — a steady undercurrent of tension or unease.
There is no single way anxiety presents, and no single reason it takes hold. Your experience is individual.
In our sessions, anxiety is approached with curiosity and care, creating space to understand how it shows up for you — in your thoughts, your body, and your world — while gently building steadiness and a greater sense of internal safety.
Through steady and thoughtful exploration, your capacity to navigate anxiety can strengthen — allowing for greater calm, clarity and confidence in daily life.
Support is shaped around you — at a pace that feels manageable and grounded.

Stress Counselling
Stress can build gradually or arrive all at once. It can feel like pressure in the body, difficulty switching off or finding restful sleep, or a lingering sense of urgency that makes it hard to fully settle.
It can be shaped by work, relationships, responsibility, or carrying too much for too long.
In our sessions, space is created to pause and gently untangle what feels heavy. Together, we explore what is contributing to the pressure and what might support a greater sense of balance.
Over time, this can open space for greater steadiness and a more sustainable way of moving through daily life.

Counselling for Life Transitions
Life transitions can mark the closing of one chapter and the beginning of another. Starting a new job, leaving a role, moving home, changes in relationships, or shifts in identity can bring both possibility and uncertainty.
Even welcome change can feel unsettling. Familiar structures shift, expectations evolve, and a sense of steadiness can feel temporarily disrupted.
In our sessions, there is space to reflect on what is ending, what is emerging, and what feels important to carry forward. Together, we explore how this transition is shaping you, while supporting clarity and confidence as you step into what comes next.
Over time, change can begin to feel less overwhelming and more navigable — grounded in your values and your own sense of direction.

If you’re navigating grief, anxiety, stress, or change, you don’t have to do so alone.
Counselling offers space to pause, reflect, and begin to move forward in a way that feels steady and aligned with you.
If you’re considering counselling, you are welcome to reach out and see whether this space feels like the right fit.
